ITPS is seeking a Website Support / Webmaster professional to provide comprehensive technical support and administration for websites and web applications, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and user experience.

Website Support / Webmaster
Provides comprehensive technical support and administration for websites and web applications, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and user experience. This role manages day-to-day site operations, implements updates, and troubleshoots issues across web platforms and related services.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain website platforms, including configuration, deployment, and ongoing updates to ensure stability, security, and performance.
- Implement and support complex page layouts, graphics, and interactive elements within established design frameworks to enhance usability and visual appeal.
- Manage content updates and site changes in accordance with client requirements, brand standards, and accessibility guidelines.
- Create, review, and maintain detailed site structure documentation, sitemaps, and navigation schemes based on stakeholder specifications and needs.
- Perform thorough testing of website functionality, compatibility, and user workflows, including forms, authentication, integrations, and links.
- Monitor site performance and uptime using analytics and monitoring tools to identify issues, optimize load times, and improve responsiveness.
- Ensure proper implementation and support of third-party services, including analytics, tag managers, marketing tools, and APIs.
- Review and validate final website updates and releases before promotion to production environments.
- Collaborate with web designers, developers, content authors, and other web professionals to plan and implement enhancements and new features.
- Stay current with web technologies, content management systems, security best practices, and webmaster tools.
- Provide guidance and leadership to less-experienced web support personnel and content administrators.
- May serve as a team or task leader. This is not a people manager role.
Education and Experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in website support, web administration, or related webmaster roles.
